• Appointed to work on the project of change management for one of the leading educational institute.
• Worked closely with senior management team of client to analyse the current system and loopholes.
• Designed questionnaire for the survey and performed various analysis to analyse & study the trends.
• Trained telecallers and surveyors for carrying out data collection for the designed questionnaire.
• Brainstormed with senior consultants after analyzing results and prepared final report.

• Secured AIR 5 among 170 competing National formula student racing teams at Formula Bharat
